Eva G. Segerblom joined the firm in September of 2009 and became a Partner in January 2014. Eva is an attorney licensed to practice law in California and in all state and federal courts in Nevada. She graduated from the University of Arizona, with a degree in English Composition and Literature and a minor in Chemistry. After post-graduate studies in York, England, Eva attended the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she graduated with her Juris Doctor Magna Cum Laude. While in law school, Eva served as an Articles Editor for the Nevada Law Journal and competed in the Jessup International Moot Court Competition. Eva also received the Dean’s Award from the Boyd School of Law in 2007. Prior to practice, Eva clerked for Justice Michael Cherry at the Nevada Supreme Court.
Eva serves on the Board of Governors for the Nevada Justice Association and as a Trustee for Citizens for Justice. She is a past president of the Construction Law Section of the State Bar of Nevada. In 2019, she and her partner Ardea were awarded the Badger Award from Nevada Justice Association for their many hours spent helping to protect the civil justice system during the 2019 legislative session.
When she is not working, Eva loves to read, travel and attend concerts.
