Ardea G. Canepa-Rotoli was born and raised in Reno, Nevada and is a fourth generation Nevadan. She went to the University of Nevada, Reno and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (with Distinction) with majors in Management and Marketing and a minor in Speech Communications. Ardea graduated from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California and then moved back to her hometown of Reno, NV. She was a member of the Moot Court Honors Board Appellate Competition Team for California Western School of Law and was the social chair for the Phi Alpha Delta national law fraternity.
Ardea joined the firm in April of 2011 and became a Partner in January 2014. She is currently licensed to practice law in California and in all state and federal courts in Nevada. Prior to Ardea’s legal career, she worked for a local title company for over 6 years where she gained valuable experience in the real estate industry.
Over the years Ardea has helped organize food drives for the Food Bank of Northern Nevada, has co-chaired the Multiple Sclerosis Society Dinner of Champions and has helped families in need during the holidays. When she is not working, Ardea loves to spend time with family and friends snowmobiling, riding quads/UTVs, golfing, camping, watching football, and traveling.
Ardea is on the Board of Governors of the Nevada Justice Association and has spent many hours during Nevada legislative sessions helping to protect consumer rights. In 2019, she and her partner Eva were given the Badger Award from Nevada Justice Association for their many hours spent helping to protect the civil justice system.
Ardea has years of experience in the real estate industry and has focused her law practice in the areas of real estate law, business law and civil litigation, including construction defect litigation.
